Installation & Setup
@maestria/hermes is a git-based Hermes plugin. It adds 12 skills (9 methodology plus 3 command skills), 5 slash commands, and 9 lifecycle hooks, plus the opencode_route tool, which invokes the OpenCode CLI only when you use it.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Hermes Agent
- Git, for plugin resolution from the repository
Install
Section titled “Install”-
Install through the maestria CLI:
Terminal window npx maestria@latest install hermesTerminal window yarn dlx maestria@latest install hermesTerminal window pnpx maestria@latest install hermesTerminal window bunx maestria@latest install hermesTerminal window deno x maestria@latest install hermesTerminal window nlx maestria@latest install hermesOr install directly with Hermes, which clones the repository and enables the plugin:
Terminal window hermes plugins install agustinusnathaniel/maestria/packages/hermes --enable -
Verify the native plugin record:
Terminal window hermes plugins listmaestria-hermesshould appear as enabled.
Verify a New Session
Section titled “Verify a New Session”Start Hermes and run:
/modeThe response should show the active mode. Ask the agent to list the maestria specialists, then try one focused task. If the mode marker or skills are missing, restart Hermes and run hermes plugins list again.
Update
Section titled “Update”npx maestria@latest update hermesyarn dlx maestria@latest update hermespnpx maestria@latest update hermesbunx maestria@latest update hermesdeno x maestria@latest update hermesnlx maestria@latest update hermesOr update the native plugin: hermes plugins update maestria-hermes.
Uninstall
